Blocks

I was struggling to get hold of a certain black brick brick and having tried all the local suppliers came across BuildingMaterials.co.uk on Google. I spoke to Alex who said he'd see what he could do and get back to me. Less than half an hour later he'd found the bricks somewhere in Wales, arranged a courier for 3 days later and sent across a quote. He was knowledgeable, friendly and, most importantly for me, he did what he said he was going to! Top class customer service.

Very disappointed. Having tried to order on line and the system was unable to process my order as the shipping address was different to the billing address, I phoned up to order on line only to be told that what I was ordering was not in stock - very odd as I hadn't told them what stock I wanted!
